Baked fish fingers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 package of fish fingers
  • Fat (e.g. Biskin) for frying
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 onion(s)
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 100 g bacon cubes
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fry the fish sticks in a pan on both sides. Then place them in a baking dish. Wash the tomatoes, slice them, and arrange them on the fish sticks. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and arrange them in the same way. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the bacon and spread it evenly on the tomato and mushroom slices. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
