Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g beans, green
- 6 slices of bacon
- 50 g cheese (grated Emmental)
- Salt and pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 tsp savory or 1 sprig fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
ideal side dish for lamb and pan-fried dishes
Cook the beans in boiling salted water with the savory until al dente. Preheat the grill. Wrap the beans in small bundles, each with a 1/2 slice of bacon, and sear on all sides in a non-stick pan. Place the bundled beans side by side in a baking dish, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and a little Emmental cheese. Grill for about 5 minutes.
