Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • some salt
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 20 g butter
  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, wash the cauliflower and separate small florets. Cook them in salted water for about 15 minutes. Drain and collect the cooking water. Melt the butter in a saucepan and whisk in the flour, stirring constantly. Then, while stirring, add about 300-400 ml of the cooking water (depending on how thin you want the sauce) and bring to a boil. Cut the ham into small pieces and mix it with the cauliflower in a baking dish. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve with the potatoes.
