  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt
  • Pepper, green, from the mill
  • Chili flakes, from the mill

  • 4 bulb(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

A recipe for two

In a bowl, knead the minced meat with the diced onion, oats, and egg. Season generously with salt, pepper, and chili, and brown well in a pan with hot oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan/convection oven. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon onto two large, flat plates. Halve the pears and scoop out the cores and flesh; this is best done with an apple corer. Place four pear halves cut-side down on a plate with lemon juice. Trim off a little of the rounded tops of the pears to help them stand upright in the baking dish. Mix the finely chopped pear flesh (without the seeds, of course) with the minced meat in the pan. Grease a baking dish, insert the hollowed-out pear halves, and fill with minced meat. Feel free to add any excess to the gaps. Distribute the cheese slices over the stuffed pears and bake the dish on the middle shelf for 20 minutes. Cooking time may vary. Arrange the pear halves, garnish, and serve. The calorie count is based on 2 pears each.
