Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 kg gyros meat
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
- ½ bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
- 1 cup Cremefine for cooking
- some gyros spice
- Olive oil for frying

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
quickly spreads
First, slice the onions into thin strips. Then, fry the meat and onions together in a little olive oil until nicely browned. Place the meat and onions in a baking dish. Mix the paprika sauce with the Cremefine and add a little gyro seasoning (to taste). Spread the mixture over the meat. Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the meat. Bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the desired degree of browning). Since we eat low-carb, we always serve it with a mixed salad. Tomato rice would also go well with it.
