Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of meat (gyros, frozen)
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 pack of sauce powder for cream sauce
- 300 g mushrooms (preferably brown), fresh
- 1 pack of cheese (gratin cheese)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- ¼ liter milk or cream or mixed

simple and quick dish
Brown the gyro with the sliced mushrooms. Just before the end of the cooking time, stir in the crushed garlic. Prepare the cream sauce according to the package instructions, but with cream and/or milk. Place the meat in a baking dish, mix in the feta cheese, and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
