  • 1 pack of meat (gyros, frozen)
  • 1 pack of feta cheese
  • 1 pack of sauce powder for cream sauce
  • 300 g mushrooms (preferably brown), fresh
  • 1 pack of cheese (gratin cheese)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ¼ liter milk or cream or mixed

Brown the gyro with the sliced ​​mushrooms. Just before the end of the cooking time, stir in the crushed garlic. Prepare the cream sauce according to the package instructions, but with cream and/or milk. Place the meat in a baking dish, mix in the feta cheese, and pour the sauce over it. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
