Balsamic cream dressing with rapeseed oil

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 ½ tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pepper
  • 50 ml cream
  • Herbs of your choice, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and marinate a salad of your choice. It goes well with lamb’s lettuce, for example, but also with mixed leaf salads.
