Quick fish on a green bed, from the oven

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 400 g fish, e.g. pollock or cod
  • some butter
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 2 stalk(s) Celery
  • 400 ml cream
  • Mustard
  • curry powder
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

without pre-cooking or frying

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven). Grease a small baking dish with butter. Wash the leek and celery. Cut the leek into thin rings and the celery into thin strips. Arrange in the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the fish, pat dry, and check for bones and remove any. Place on top of the vegetables. Lightly salt. Mix the cream with mustard and curry powder to taste. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the fish and vegetables. Cook in the oven for half an hour. After 15 minutes, spread the Parmesan cheese over the contents of the baking dish. Serve with potatoes.
