Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) whole wheat toast (sandwich toast)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • 85 g Kasseler salmon, 2 slices
  • 4 slice(s) of tomato(s)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • 1 slice(s) Gouda with pepper
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Spread 1 teaspoon of mustard and ketchup each on the two slices of toast. Grease a baking dish and place one slice of toast in it. Arrange the smoked pork slices on the slice of bread. Place the tomato slices on top of the meat, season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slice over the tomatoes. Cover the sandwich with the second slice of bread and place the dish in the oven for 10 minutes. Cut the sandwich diagonally, arrange on a platter, garnish, and serve.
