Baked Layer Meat
The perfect baked layer meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 800 g Cooked meat of your choice
- 250 g Mushrooms brown
- 3 Onions
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 80 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 200 ml Riesling dry
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 ml Garlic pepper from my KB
- 200 ml Seasoned salt from my KB
- 200 ml Freshly grated nutmeg
- 200 ml Telly cherry pepper
- Chives fresh
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Cut leftovers or soup leftovers … into thin slices. Then clean the mushrooms, cut into slices or quarters. Peel the onions and cut into strips. Peel and press garlic!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
- Heat the butter in a pan and roast the onions and mushrooms in it, then dust with flour and deglaze with wine, simmer a little and deglaze with cream. Then season the garlic, garlic pepper, seasoned salt, pepper and nutmeg! Add chives!
- Now take a baking dish and start with a little sauce, then layer a layer of meat, again sauce and then again meat, sauce and finally cheese!
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-45 minutes! Depending on the desired tan! There was also spirelli and salad!
