Baked leaf spinach with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 tsp margarine
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 400 g leaf spinach, frozen
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 40 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 20 g cheese, for gratinating

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely dice the onion. Melt the margarine in a saucepan and sauté the onion until translucent. Crush the garlic clove and sauté it. Now add the spinach and sauté for another 5 minutes. Wash, trim, and quarter the mushrooms and add them to the spinach. Pour in the white wine and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream and season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Place the vegetables in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 180-200°C until light brown.
