Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Olive oil or butter
  • n. B. herbs
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mushrooms with cottage cheese filling

Wash the mushrooms, twist out the stems, and set them aside for the filling. Scrape out the gills with a teaspoon to create a hollow for the filling. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet. Finely chop the stems and onion. Fry the onion in a little oil or butter. When translucent, add the remaining mushrooms and fry. Mix in the cottage cheese and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. If desired, you can also add garlic and herbs. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
