Baked Maultaschen

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 Maultaschen
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with cream and leek

Wash and trim the leek, and slice into thin rings. Cut the Maultaschen into strips. Transfer both to a baking dish. Add the cream, covering the Maultaschen. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes, then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
