Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, seasoned
- 2 large onions
- 200 g cheese (Gouda)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
- some nutmeg
- Paprika, ground
- butter
- 10 rolls
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut open the rolls and spread them generously with butter. Mix the minced meat with the eggs and breadcrumbs. Then stir in the remaining ingredients and season. Divide the mixture between the roll halves and bake in a preheated oven at 200-220°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
