Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g strawberries
  • 70 g sugar, fine
  • 125 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the strawberries and puree them with sugar, lemon juice, and milk. Whip the cream until almost stiff peaks form and fold it into the strawberry mixture. Chill in the ice cream maker for 20-35 minutes. Alternatively, you can use 150 g of blueberries, raspberries, or red currants.
