Baked minced meat snails

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough or puff pastry
  • 4 medium-sized onions, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, squeezed or finely chopped
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fry the minced meat in a pan with oil until crumbly. Add the onions and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough. Spread the minced meat mixture over the dough, roll it up, and cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Place the snails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20 minutes.
