Baked minced toast

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 slices of toast
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp, leveled ketchup
  • 500 g minced meat, pork or other
  • 8 slice(s) cheese (Gouda), or other

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and filling, also for guests, easy to prepare, inexpensive

Toast the bread. Knead the minced meat well with the remaining ingredients, season generously, and spread it on the slices of toast until about a finger-thick. Then top each slice with a slice of cheese. Bake at 150°C for about 15 minutes and serve immediately with a small side dish of vegetables.
