Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 large mushrooms
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Gorgonzola, small piece
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 1 tomato(s), juicy
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 1 pack of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the mushrooms, cut out the stems, and place them in a baking dish (no need to grease it beforehand). Chop the stems and arrange them around the mushrooms. Dice the tomatoes and place 2-3 diced tomatoes inside each mushroom. If you have any leftover diced tomatoes, simply arrange them around the mushrooms along with the stems. Dice the Gorgonzola, place a SMALL piece inside each mushroom, and place the rest back in the baking dish. Peel and press the garlic, wash and finely chop the rosemary, and distribute both evenly over the baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle the cheese over the mushrooms and pour the cream evenly over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30-45 minutes, until the cheese is nicely browned. Goes well with potatoes and salad, or on its own as a starter.
