Baked oatmeal with strawberries

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g oat flakes
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 10 g flour
  • 3 m.-large strawberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • possibly honey or agave syrup

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mini cake

Chop the strawberries and grease a small baking pan (I used a small springform pan with a diameter of 15 cm). Mix the milk, quark, and eggs, adding a little honey or agave syrup if desired. Then mix in the flour and baking powder. Finally, mix in the oats and stir until a smooth, runny batter forms. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and top with the strawberries. Place the batter in the oven (medium heat) at 200°C (400°F) for about 25 minutes. Test with a wooden skewer after baking and bake for a little longer if necessary. Let cool briefly, then remove from the baking pan. Tip: The batter can also be refined with other flavorings or ingredients, such as desiccated coconut.
