Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 250 ml water, cow’s milk, soy milk or similar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 4 m.-sized strawberries
  • possibly honey or agave syrup
  • some vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Oatmeal, filling

Bring the liquid to a boil. Meanwhile, chop the banana and strawberries. Once boiling, add the oats and stir. Sweeten with honey or agave syrup, if desired. Cook on high for about a minute, stirring to prevent burning. Add about half of the banana to the porridge and season with a little vanilla. Then reduce the heat slightly and simmer until the porridge reaches the desired consistency. If the porridge cooks too long and becomes sticky, simply add a little liquid. Finally, transfer the porridge to a bowl and serve with the remaining banana and strawberries. Sprinkle with a little more vanilla, if desired.
