Baked Oats Apple-Berry-Cinnamon

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), approx. 125 g
  • 2 apples, 150 g each
  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 300 ml almond drink, unsweetened
  • 200 ml water (tap water)
  • 100 g protein powder, e.g. vanilla or chocolate
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon powder
  • 100 g blueberries or raspberries
  • 6 g cocoa nibs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Recipe instructions for the Thermomix (TM) are in parentheses. Mash the banana with a fork (TM: 6 seconds / speed 5.5). Cut the apples into small pieces (TM: 3 seconds / speed 4.5). Add all ingredients except the pumpkin spice or cinnamon powder and mix (TM: 20 seconds / speed 4). Divide the mixture between 4 ovenproof glass bowls and mix 25g of berries into each. Finally, sprinkle a few cocoa nibs on top. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C for 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approx. 15-20 minutes on the middle rack. Caution! Using a large bowl instead of a small one can double the baking time. Garnish with chocolate drops, if desired. Tips: The oats are great to make ahead and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Simply place them in the air fryer or oven in the morning. No time in the morning? Simply bake them ahead of time and enjoy them cold or heat them up in the microwave. You can find my pumpkin spice recipe in my profile. Approx. 392 calories per serving.
