Baked oyster mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 750 g clarified butter
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the mushrooms and coat them in 50g of flour. Mix the remaining flour with the eggs, milk, and crushed garlic. Season the batter with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and let it rest for 15 minutes. Dip the mushrooms in the batter and fry in batches in hot oil until golden brown.
