Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 125 g rice (long grain rice)
- 125 g mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 125 g ham, cooked
- 1 can/n tangerine(s)
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cook the rice until tender and let cool. Season the mayonnaise with soy sauce, sugar, finely chopped onion, and salt. Destem and deseed the bell peppers, wash, and finely dice. Cut the ham into strips and drain the juice from the mandarin orange segments. Carefully fold the rice, bell peppers, ham, and mandarin orange segments into the mayonnaise. Let the salad sit for at least 1 hour.
