Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicken breast fillets
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalk(s) leeks
- 450 g mushrooms
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp curry
- salt and pepper
- Parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the chicken fillet, carrots, and leek into strips and sauté them in oil with the mushrooms. Combine the vegetable stock, soy sauce, thickener, and curry powder, season with salt and pepper, and stir into the resulting liquid. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Serve with rice.
