Baked pangasius fillet on spicy spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g spinach (seasoned), with onions, frozen
  • 2 fish fillets (pangasius), frozen
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 100 ml cream
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • Lemongrass powder
  • Herbs of Provence
  • Chili powder, from the spice mill
  • 100 g grated cheese, variety of your choice

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

One of our favorite dishes.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Thaw the spinach, season with nutmeg, and spread it in the baking dish. Thaw the pangasius fillets well in advance (preferably overnight in the refrigerator). Pat dry with kitchen paper, drizzle with lemon juice, and season. Place on the spinach, pour the cream over it, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes, rice, or pasta.
