Baked pasta with mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta, e.g. penne
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 100 ml crème fraîche
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • oil
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Cook pasta al dente. Finely dice onions. Clean and halve or quarter mushrooms. Sauté mushrooms and onions in a little oil. Deglaze with broth. Stir in crème fraíche. Add pasta and mix. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
