Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g pasta, short macaroni
- 400 g mushrooms
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 30 g butter
- 2 pinch(s) anise, ground
- 65 g cheese (Gruyere cheese)
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water. Quarter the cleaned mushrooms, wash the leeks, and cut into rolls. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the mushrooms over high heat. As soon as the mushrooms begin to brown, add the leeks, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring. Season with salt, pepper, and anise. Combine the pasta, mushrooms, and leeks in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place the dish in the preheated oven. When the cheese is melted or lightly browned, the gratin is ready to serve.
