Baked peaches

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g peach(s), small
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 4 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • some butter, for greasing

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly place the whole peaches in boiling water (do not boil), then rinse in cold water and peel. Place the peaches in a buttered ovenproof dish. Mix the crème fraîche with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and spread it over the peaches. Sprinkle the remaining sugar over the peaches. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for about 30 minutes.
