Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) pineapple (from the can)
- 2 tbsp jam (orange jam)
- 50 g butter
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- thin orange peel strips
- 1 orange(s), peeled, in wedges
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place four pineapple slices in a greased baking dish. Spread with orange marmalade, then place the other four slices on top. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add the oats, sugar, and almonds to the pan and mix with the butter. Spread this mixture over the pineapple slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes. Garnish the baked pineapple with orange peel strips and orange wedges. Serve warm or cold. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
