Baked plums

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g plum(s)
  • 30 g sugar
  • 130 g flour, sifted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 60 g butter
  • 100 ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp almond flakes
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

First, wash, pit, and quarter the plums, or drain the plums from the jar. Place them in a baking dish and sprinkle with sugar, if desired. For the batter, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and butter. Then add the buttermilk until sticky. Spread the batter in small heaps over the plums. Sprinkle with almonds and a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 180-200°C for 30 minutes on the middle shelf until golden brown. Serve warm! Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
