Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg gyros meat
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bottle of cocktail sauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Brown the meat and place it in a casserole dish. Mix the cocktail sauce, whipped cream, and crème fraîche and pour over the meat. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Serve with rice, spaetzle, and croquettes.
