Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 pork schnitzels, thinly sliced ​​for rolling
  • 5 slices of butter cheese
  • 5 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • ½ pack of tomato(s), pureed (tetrapack)
  • salt and pepper
  • some vegetable broth
  • Sauce thickener, light
  • Paprika powder
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Top the schnitzels with ham and cheese, roll them up, and place them in a covered casserole dish. Mix the cream and tomato puree with the spices, vegetable stock (only the powder), and light gravy powder, and pour over the schnitzels. Place the casserole in the oven with the lid closed for 20 minutes at 180-200°C. Then, open the lid again for about 15 minutes to brown.
