Baked pork loin

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g pork loin(s)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 150 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 150 g mushrooms, brown or white
  • 2 bags of soup (wild mushroom soup)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the sirloin into approximately 2cm thick slices and place in a casserole dish. Mix the cream with the instant soup and pour over the sirloin. Cut the fresh mushrooms into quarters and add. Finally, sprinkle with cheese. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. If you’re in a hurry, you can serve it with baguette; otherwise, rösti or spaetzle are a good option.
