Baked Pork Schnitzel with Rice

The perfect baked pork schnitzel with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Pork schnitzel
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 2 piece Paprika
  • 1 pack Diced bacon
  • 2 piece Pickled cucumber
  • 1 piece Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 piece Onions
  • 2 piece Garlic
  • 250 ml Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rose paprika powder
  • Grated cheese
  1. Fry the onions in a pan, add the bacon, mushrooms and paprika and fry briefly. Then add garlic and pour 250 ml of stock, stir in sour cream and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and pour onto the schnitzel in a baking dish.
  1. Bake at 200 degrees in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Have fun cooking and be hungry.
