Baked Pork Schnitzel with Rice

Ingredients
 

  • 4 Pork schnitzel
  • 1 can Mushrooms
  • 2 Paprika
  • 1 pack Diced bacon
  • 2 Pickled cucumber
  • 1 Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 Onions
  • 2 Garlic
  • 250 ml Broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Rose paprika powder
  • Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Fry the onions in a pan, add the bacon, mushrooms and paprika and fry briefly. Then add garlic and pour 250 ml of stock, stir in sour cream and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and pour onto the schnitzel in a baking dish.
  • Bake at 200 degrees in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese about 5 minutes before the end of the baking time. Have fun cooking and be hungry.
