Ingredients
- 3 Pork schnitzel
- 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 Onion
- 100 g Bacon
- 1 glass Puszta salad
- 1 glass Sliced mushrooms
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Season the pork schnitzel with salt and pepper and brush on both sides with mustard and tomato paste. Place the schnitzel in a baking dish.
- Cut the onion and bacon into slices and sauté in a pan. Then distribute on the schnitzel.
- Season the cream and add 1 teaspoon vegetable stock. Drain the puszta salad and mushrooms, mix with the cream and spread over the schnitzel.
- Put the tin in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes. This goes well with rice or French fries 🙂
