Ingredients
 

  • 3 Pork schnitzel
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Onion
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1 glass Puszta salad
  • 1 glass Sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season the pork schnitzel with salt and pepper and brush on both sides with mustard and tomato paste. Place the schnitzel in a baking dish.
  • Cut the onion and bacon into slices and sauté in a pan. Then distribute on the schnitzel.
  • Season the cream and add 1 teaspoon vegetable stock. Drain the puszta salad and mushrooms, mix with the cream and spread over the schnitzel.
  • Put the tin in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes. This goes well with rice or French fries 🙂
