Puszta Schnitzel with Rice

The perfect puszta schnitzel with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 3 Pork schnitzel
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 1 glass Puszta salad
  • 1 glass Sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • Salt pepper
  1. Season the pork schnitzel with salt and pepper and brush on both sides with mustard and tomato paste. Place the schnitzel in a baking dish.
  2. Cut the onion and bacon into slices and sauté in a pan. Then distribute on the schnitzel.
  3. Season the cream and add 1 teaspoon vegetable stock. Drain the puszta salad and mushrooms, mix with the cream and spread over the schnitzel.
  4. Put the tin in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes. This goes well with rice or French fries 🙂
