Spicy Pork Steaks
The perfect spicy pork steaks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 small Pork loin steaks, approx. 80 g each
- 1 tbsp Clarified butter
- 2 tbsp Medium hot mustard
- Salt, pepper, paprika powder
- Wash the pork loin steaks, pat dry and coat thinly with mustard. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with paprika powder.
- Heat the butter lard in a pan. Fry the pork loin steaks for about 5-6 minutes.
- Potato risotto, fried potatoes or potato hash browns taste great with it.
- Serve with a mixed salad of your choice.
