Baked potato triplets

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 small potatoes (triplets) cooked in their skins
  • olive oil
  • Paprika powder
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very good with dip or with pan-fried dishes

Cut the unpeeled oyster mushrooms into quarters and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes.
