Baked potato with pastis

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large potato(s)
  • 2 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • 2 cl pastis
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 100 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Sprinkle the center of a sheet of baking paper with sea salt, pour the pastis over the salt, add the potato and rosemary, tie it into a bag with kitchen string, and place it in the oven at 200°C for one hour. Then open the bag, cut open the potato, add the quark, and sprinkle with the pastis salt.
