- 500 g triplets
- 200 g Parmesan
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- basil
- rosemary

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 190°C fan/convection oven. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, halve them, and place them in a bowl. Toss with a little olive oil, pepper, salt, rosemary, and basil. Place the potatoes individually on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes on the middle rack.
