Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- Seasoning mix (French fries seasoning)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges, and mix them with the seasoning in a bowl. Immediately place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Tip: Open the oven door occasionally to allow the moist air to escape and allow the potatoes to crisp up!
