Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg triplets
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Cut the potatoes into wedges and place them on a baking sheet. Finely chop the parsley and mix with the spices and oil. Mix the spice mixture thoroughly with the potatoes and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 35 minutes.
