- 500 g potatoes, small, preferably new potatoes
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Vegan, low fat, high carb, low histamine
Preheat the oven to 220°C. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly. Place them whole, unpeeled, on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and season with salt. Bake for approximately 60 minutes.
