Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 8 potatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil (sunflower or rapeseed oil)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 2 tsp, leveled spice mix (meat and grill seasoning)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt and pepper
  • Rosemary, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Wash the potatoes thoroughly (do not peel them), then quarter them. In a bowl, combine the oil, paprika, barbecue seasoning, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper, and toss the potatoes in it. Arrange the potatoes flat-side down on a baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary. Bake in the oven at 200°C fan/convection oven for 30 minutes (or a little longer depending on the size of the pieces). This recipe also works well with other vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc.
