Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g quark (cottage cheese)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 large cucumber(s) (pickled gherkins)
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 2 tsp tomato paste
  • 100 g ham
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 5 potatoes, normal size

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the potatoes and brush them if necessary. Halve them lengthwise and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes. (Test the temperature at random.) In the meantime, combine the yogurt, crème fraîche, and curd cheese. Stir in the finely chopped onion and pickled gherkins, along with the parsley, chives, tomato paste, and diced ham. Add chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir in a little of the pickle juice, if desired. Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve with the sauce. This recipe serves 2-3 people.
