Cucumber smoothie with banana and arugula

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g organic cucumber(s)
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 20 g arugula
  • 150 g yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the cucumber and cut into pieces. Peel the banana and roughly chop it. Wash the arugula, drain well, and roughly chop it. Blend everything together with the yogurt in a blender until smooth. Serve chilled.
