Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 10 jacket potatoes, equal size
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- n. B. Chives, in rolls
- e.g. parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper, pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
great for the barbecue party
Preheat oven to 200°C fan/gas mark 1. Halve the cooled potatoes lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet. Crumble the feta cheese and mix with the diced onion, garlic, chives, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the feta mixture over the potato halves and bake for about 20 minutes.
