Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 point dry yeast
  • 50 g sugar, brown
  • 1 handful of oat flakes
  • 1 bottle of malt beer, 0.33 liters
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Combine the flour, salt, dry yeast, sugar, malt beer, and oil in a bowl and mix with the dough hook on a mixer or food processor for about 5 minutes. Now form the dough into a log, as long as your loaf pan. Roll the log in the oatmeal and place it in the loaf pan. Cover the dough and let it rise in a preheated oven (60 degrees Celsius) for one hour. Then, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. For better results, place a heatproof bowl of water in the oven and bake for one hour. Then let it cool thoroughly.
