Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 large potatoes
- 200 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary, freshly chopped
- 250 g quark
- 200 g yogurt
- 2 packs of Italian herbs (frozen)
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash and dry the potatoes. Mix the olive oil with salt, pepper, and rosemary. Line each potato with a sheet of aluminum foil and brush it with a little spiced oil. Place the potatoes on top and brush with a little spiced oil. Wrap tightly and bake in the oven at 180°C for 2 hours. Mix the quark with the yogurt. Stir in the frozen herbs, season the quark with salt, pepper, and chili powder, and chill. Just before serving, season the quark again and serve with the potatoes.
