Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 125 ml eggnog
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 400 g flour
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 6 tbsp eggnog
  • Chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes about 30 cookies

Mix the butter with the sugar and egg liqueur, then add the vinegar. Then add the flour and knead the dough well with the dough hook. Cover with foil and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Then roll out the dough and cut out round cookies. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. For the filling, melt the chocolate in a water bath, then whisk in the egg liqueur. Spread it over the cookies and assemble them. Decorate as desired. I added some chocolate in fine lines.
