Baked potatoes with sour cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 kg potatoes, small
  • 4 tbsp butter, soft
  • some salt
  • 500 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ bunch chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

delicious potato wedges

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Celsius fan-assisted). Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry them, and cut them into quarters lengthwise. Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 30 to 45 minutes, until they are nicely browned. After baking, brush the potato wedges with butter and sprinkle with salt. For the sour cream, place the sour cream and sour cream in a bowl and whisk to combine. Then add the salt, pepper, and sugar and stir in. Finely chop the chives, add them to the sour cream, and stir in.
